All cakes are filled with your choice of filling, then frosted with American Buttercream or Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Please specify in your order details.
Each tier is comprised of 3 layers of cake with 2 layers of filling, frosted and embellished with edible decorations and/or non-edible florals.
All orders are priced based on the requests of the couple. Additional decorative elements will be included in design of cake. Each tier is 3 layers which gives extra height and increases the number of servings. 3-layer Cake tiers are approximately 5″ in height. Additional layers can be added for an additional charge.

Cupcakes can be a fun way to serve a variety of cake flavors to your guests, whether you have a difficult time choosing just one or two, or love all the cupcakes! Cupcakes are available in all the same flavors as our regular cake layers.

Extra Elements and Finishes:
Ganache drip is an additional $8 per tier.
Fondant, Gumpaste or Sugar Paste flowers and decoration are an extra $1.50 per serving.
We do not make molded or shaped cakes, but can add fondant decoration for an additional charge per piece. Fondant decorations are created by hand and hand-painted with food safe coloring. Price per piece varies according to the difficulty and size. Please inquire for pricing.
Specialty elements (crystals, edible fabric or lace, fresh flowers, acrylic separators, cake stands, etc. will be an additional charge. Please inquire for pricing on any of these requests.
Any extra edible items requested for your order will also be added into your final cost, such as fondant or sugar decorations. If I am to provide a cake topper, that will also be added to your final cost. Let me know what I can do for you! I have a supplier for the cake toppers and only order when it’s requested.
Example costs for Wedding and Special Occasion cakes, based on Classic flavors and basic decoration (i.e. ruffle top edge trim and bottom base), with basic buttercream filling:
Single Tier Cake: Also called “cutting cakes”, these are elegant single 6″ tiers that you cut into at your ceremony. They do not include consultations, samples, or fresh flowers. These small cakes start at $55 for a simple design. You may choose from 5 cake designs. Please ask for details.
​2 Tiered Wedding or Celebration cake: 8″ & 10″ (35-60 Servings): Starts at $312.00 + supports and structures, and any additional decoration
3 Tiered Wedding or Celebration cake: 6″, 8″ & 10″ (42-70 Servings): Starts at $377.00 + supports and structures, and any additional decoration
4 Tiered Wedding or Celebration cake: 6″, 8″, 10″ & 12″ (80-120 Servings): Starts at $650.00 + supports and structures, and any additional decoration.

Wedding FAQ’s:
What can I expect when I book a wedding cake consultation?
Initial wedding + design questionnaire so you can give us your ideas for what you want your cake to be. We will book a one hour in-person or on-the-phone design consultation, so that we can get all the details right for your bespoke cake. Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer. This is for any order over $100.00.
What flavor cake can I order? We cannot agree on just one.
We offer many different cake flavors, filling options and buttercreams that can be used for your particular cake. Cake tastings include one cupcake each in any of 6 flavors, with a $25 credit toward any cake purchase of $400 or more. Most of our couples find it is enough to make a decision on which flavor combinations they want. If you require cupcakes for additional tasters, they are available for an extra charge.
How much will the cake cost? I need to budget!
Your custom proposal with the outlined cost estimates that accommodate your vision, number of guests/servings & location for delivery will be emailed to you within 48 hours so you can fine tune, or make changes to accommodate your budget.
How will my cake get to the venue, and who is going to set it up?
All of our cakes come with the option for delivery and setup (delivery and set up are required for any cake over three tiers) at your venue. The delivery and set up fee are an additional charge not included in cake pricing. Delivery area is limited to 35 miles, but if your event is a bit farther, arrangements can be made for travel time and additional expense.
Do you offer other things besides cake if we aren’t “Wedding Cake” people?
From pastries, cupcakes, pies, tarts and Groom’s cakes, and everything in between, we can help you find the perfect option for your special day.
How soon should I order my cake, and what about deposits?
ALL ORDERS for Wedding and Celebration Cakes will need to have a minimum advance notice of 3 months so that your day can be held, and a 50% non-refundable deposit to complete your request. The contract will be signed and deposit made during our first meeting. The deposit is required to reserve your date and time, and so we can shop your ingredients; the remainder is due no later than 30 days prior to your event. If payment in full is not made by this time, no cakes will be baked and your date will be cancelled.
What about celebration or special occasion cakes?
Celebration cakes require a minimum of 14 days advance notice, and payment in full at the time of order.
It seems like a lot of money for a cake. I can go get one at Wal-Mart for less.
While we know many budgets are limited, we craft each and every cake with the finest of ingredients and to your preferences. Please note that costs are approximate based on market average, and current supply costs. Each cake, depending on its ingredients and complexity, is priced according to what you specifically order. If your budget is limited, and you still want a cake, we have other options that may fill your needs perfectly, and allow you to have your bespoke cake instead of a standard supermarket cake. Please ask us or let us know so we can help you find your solution.
My baker fell through/I had an emergency and need a cake next week/month!
While we usually require a minimum advance notice of 3 months, we may be able to get your cake done if you have an emergency. We still require 2 weeks advance notice, payment in full, and your cake will be greatly limited in design. Please check out our Small and Elegant cakes for a cake needed on shorter notice.
My wedding was cancelled. I’m heartbroken. Do I get a refund?
No one ever wants to hear that your wedding was cancelled or other misfortunes have happened, but we cannot refund your initial deposit. We will refund the remainder as long as you cancel prior to 30 days of the date of your event. No cancellations, for any reason, are honored after that time period. We shop well in advance for many of the ingredients for our cakes, and because the cakes are bespoke, we often are unable to use them for any other order. While we sympathize with your situation, we will not refund if you are past the 30 day window. If you cancel later than 30 days prior to delivery date, you will be required to pay the full amount of the order. No exceptions.

Due to the current economic situation across our country and on the oceans for supplies (materials/ingredients such as: flour, sugar, eggs, butter, boxes and packaging) are becoming increasingly difficult to get and have increased to the point that I have no choice but to increase my prices to be able to keep supplying you with delicious products, while still being able to keep the oven on. This increase will go into effect January 1, 2025.
